- Oversee project and report to owner
- Confirm owner goals
- Coordinate plans for compatibility
- Assist with value engineering and budgets
- Write meeting agendas
- Evaluate applications for payment
- Organize as built photos
- Create final punch lists
- Manage and control change orders
- Attend contractor / subcontractor meetings
- Attend owner / architect / contractor meetings
- Review all change order proposals / claims, offer opinions
- Ensure mock-ups are done in a timely fashion
- Inspect all work for quality control
- Create punch lists / monitor progress of work against punch-lists
- Ensure all closeout documents and attic stock items are provided
- Review owner contractor agreement
- Review permit set of drawings and specifications for potential
conflicts, omissions and cost savings ideas
- Review general contractor's subcontractor bids, general
conditions estimate, allowances, construction schedule
- Participate in value engineering efforts
